I used to thinkthat there are many ways to get success, I had never acquired any specific wayto get that ,I usually used to give up the things and that is why result wasalways “‘fail” .i did not know my aim,But as I faced the reality of the world Irealized that I should be Aim oriented .because if you don’t have any aim u cannotget the way of success, believe me make your own aim and I m sure u will getyour way to success. there are no other option , if you committed towards thelife ,it will reach you to the success.

Unfortunately, the usage 'Hard work' used in the case ofworkers performance is used in Manager's performance as well. Mostly, I haveseen Manager's approach to work is like a casual labor. Needless to mention,the Top Management's approach to their down line Managers is also in the sameline. This rigid approach of the top Management fails to get involvement ofpeople in the organization.
One of of basic principle of ISO 9000 is Involvement of People. Comparatively,this situation in Government hierarchy is less. What ever may be the positionof the Officer, factual description of a clerk cannot be over ruled. He canonly request the clerk or influence him to amend the observation, if it isagainst the liking of the superior officer.

SMART work is an abbrevation for SPECIFIC, MEASURABLE, ATTAINABLE,REALISTIC andTIME BOUND work Plan or strategy to achive the preset objective/ target. Sothat they can effectively communicate to their down line.
